Holiday HIIT focuses on keeping moving and showing up for ourselves during the busy, often stressful, holiday season. Let's face it, this is the time of year that many of us get into "Wait until January" mode; putting our own health and well being on the back burner until the New Year. We know we feel better when we move and prioritize self care, but it can be hard to find the time! Holiday HIIT focuses on short, but effective workouts, getting strength, cardio, power and mobility all in 25-35 minutes. We'll focus on movement for mental health, but also keeping or establishing a routine before the New Year's noise. And each workout features options for all fitness levels and allows you to be where you are today. Our goal is to just keep moving, but also have some fun!
