 ‪@disclosure‬  ,  ‪@jimmynapes‬   and myself wrote this song in the first ever session we did together. Little did we know it would change the projection of our careers entirely. 

Latch opened so many doors for all of us, it was the start of everything. I used to perform Latch at festivals with Disclosure, and I remember so vividly dancing at the side of the stage right before we went on each night. It was such a beautiful time.

To this day performing the song live brings so much joy, and that is something I’ll be forever grateful for.

This is the first song I wrote with my dear friend Simon Aldred. Sitting in his living room in Manchester we birthed beautiful music but more importantly, we started such a special friendship in my life. This song means the world to me and I still think back to running around Paris drinking champagne, making the music video to this song. I think it captured the energy of the song so well.

This may sound like a simple pop song, but the heart and weight is giant to me. Throughout this album process I had been spilling my heart all over the music and it was so nice to create something that felt a little more defiant and self assured.
